International Model, Entrepreneur & Education Advocate
Born in Switzerland, Sanne Vloet is an international model, entrepreneur and education advocate. Sanne was discovered by a modeling scout at the age of 14 while auditioning for the hit variety show “Holland’s Got Talent.” Immediately after graduating high school, Sanne left home to pursue a career in modeling which took her to Paris, London, and Milan before ultimately moving to New York City. Her big break came in 2014, when she was cast to walk for legendary fashion designer Ralph Lauren during New York Fashion Week.
Since then, Sanne has been in high demand walking in some of the most predominant runway shows around the globe for top designers including Versace, Chanel, Tom Ford, Oscar de la Renta, Balmain, Chloe, and many more! Additionally, she has been featured on countless covers and inside pages of the world’s largest fashion magazines including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, Allure, Elle, Interview and V Magazine. Sanne has also been a part of multiple successful advertising campaigns including Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, Michael Kors, cK One by Calvin Klein and more. In 2015, Sanne walked in her first Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, a tradition that she continued for three consecutive years ending in 2017 when she made her third appearance on the catwalk for the global lingerie brand in Shanghai, China.
In 2019, with a huge social media presence and an undeniable passion for cooking and healthy living, Sanne started her very own YouTube Channel, Sanne Vloet. With close to a million subscribers, her channel covers everything from cooking and healthy recipes to what she eats in a day, workouts and so much more. Her channel is a destination where she hopes to inspire, create, learn and connect with people from all over the globe who have a similar interest in living their best and healthiest life.
Finding importance in not only what you put in your body but what you put on it, Sanne brought her long-time dream of creating a skincare brand to life in 2020 with the launch of izé, along with her co-founder Benny Bakar and a highly regarded veteran cosmetic chemist. izé skincare is a concept that Sanne had been working tirelessly on since 2018 and officially launched it with three facial oils — Hydrating, Calming, and Brightening — developed with pared-down formulas using ingredients that your skin can feel good about. The brand consists of twelve plant-based ingredients that you can touch, smell and taste like apple seed oil, strawberry seed oil, CBD oil and cucumber seed oil.
Education has always been a significant part of Sanne’s life and because of this she made the decision early on to focus on developing her voice for the purpose of achieving her goal of “impacting 5 million young women” through mental health advocacy, education, and mentorship. Years back, Sanne began sponsoring the education of young female students in Zimbabwe, where she spent her formative years, which started her down the path that would eventually lead led to the birth of the You/Me Project. Sanne’s goal for 2020 is to bring the program from the East Coast (NYC) to the West Coast (LA), and will then look to expand internationally once You/Me is established.
Sanne is currently splitting her time between NYC and LA.
