Head of Global Event Marketing, Under Armour
For over 15 years, Kelley has helped top global brands connect with consumers through innovative, integrated marketing strategies. Her career has spanned industries, including media, sports, apparel, luxury, and wine & spirits. Whether in an established company or an emerging brand, Kelley has shown that she can deliver.
In Kelley’s current role as Head of Global Event Marketing, she is responsible for leading Global Event strategy and execution at Under Armour. The impact of her work can especially be felt through her leadership of the brand’s efforts to maximize global results with its top athlete partners like Stephen Curry and Tom Brady. She drives strategy and execution behind their highly impactful tours across Asia. Prior to UA, Kelley spent several years in the Beer, Wine and Spirits industry, including stints at Moet Hennessy and Heineken, where was responsible for driving integrated consumer marketing, delivering results through groundbreaking strategy and flawless execution. Early in her career, Kelley led key partner marketing initiatives at ESPN, and Coca-Cola.
In 2012, Kelley was recognized as one of Black Enterprise Magazine’s Top Women in Marketing & Advertising, and in 2017, Event Marketer named her to their B2B Dream Team. Kelley is committed to sharing her knowledge and career experiences with young women and people of color, through various speaking and mentoring engagements. Originally raised in Akron, OH, Kelley graduated cum laude from one of the oldest HBCU’s (Historically Black College & University), Morris Brown College, located in Atlanta, GA. She is married with two children, and lives in the DC-Maryland area.
