Carla Vionette Santiago

Carla Vionette Santiago is the co-founder of UNCMMN, a talent management and entertainment partnerships
firm set to amplify diverse stories and deliver clients with the tools to reach audiences in an authentic
voice. UNCMMN is the first management company with a focus on representing diverse and disruptive talent
of new Hollywood.
The former CAA and digital industry executive leads the company’s Partnerships team with the charge to curate
and design entertainment experiences in the TV, film and events space for brands and agencies to authentically
connect with multicultural audiences and refine and extend brands into product as well as IP. Santiago has a
diverse background that spans multiple disciplines from government to supply chain to consumer marketing.
Working with Fortune 500 brands and tech start-ups for the past decade, she has focused on brokering
partnerships with brands and entertainment properties. While at EQAL, an entertainment tech startup, she
helped companies like Airbnb, Poshmark and Instacart find digital celebrity partnerships. Later during her time
at CAA, she spearheaded digital brand partnerships with their influencer and traditional talent. She later joined
U Entertainment Group where she oversaw and led digital strategy and partnerships and delivered unique and
valuable partnerships for Toyota, Frito Lay, Doritos and SC Johnson to name a few.
Viral internet sensations Jay Versace, Joanne The Scammer and JC Caylen are among the list of UNCMMN’s
clients. Versace first gained notoriety in 2015 for his viral Vine videos, which racked up more than 2 billion
views. Known for his impersonations, he now boasts millions of fans across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and
Snapchat. His following has landed him campaigns with Nike, Rebook, T-Mobile, Canon and Sprite. Joanne The
Scammer, a fictional character portrayed by actor and comedian Branden Miller, has amassed over 2 million
followers on social media, partnered with Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty and was most recently seen on the big screen
in Tyler Perry’s A Madea Family Funeral. Caylen has a reach of over 15 million followers and can be seen on the
Hulu series t@gged.
